Step 1. GATHER
Gather hair into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck Create aponytail loop by wrapping your pointer finger over the top and yourthumb under the bottom of your gathered hair.

Step 2. WRAP
Wrap your hair around the hair stick placed horizontally on the leftside of the ponytail, sharp end pointing down. Wrap it up and around thestick once or twice until only the ends remain unwrapped.

Step 3. ROTATE
Once only the end of your hair is left unwrapped, rotate the hair stickclockwise, sharpened end pointing up.

Step 4. POKE
With the sharpened end, poke the hair stick down into the twisted hairuntil it holds in place. To secure the bun, direct the stick moretowards the scalp.
